At no cost to you, we can make a satellite photogrammetric estimation of your roof size right from our office. An on-site inspection can then be scheduled with you.
If we find no problems we'll tell you so and cheerfully say goodbye. If problems are detected we will tell you exactly what they are and consult with you on the repairs needed and the costs involved. Then, and only then, should you choose to remedy any detected problems we will submit a written bid for repairs or replacement of a roof to meet your needs and budget. The bid is for your consideration and is valid for 30 days.
Take a look at photos of the work we have done and decide for yourself. Then give yourself some peace of mind, by giving us a call. We are available to answer all of your questions by phone or email, anytime, of day. We supply a wide range of modern, state of the art materials engineered to meet the widely varied and harsh climatic conditions in Ohio, such as;
Snow. . The average snowfall in Northern Ohio and Southern Michigan is 37.1 Inches. The weight of just 5 inches of wet snow is 12 and a half pounds per cubic foot. Snow and ice can cause buckling and leaks. Moisture in your home creates an environment for mold and mildew.
Rain. The Toledo area has an average annual rainfall averages 33.1 inches. A leaking roof can result in major threats such as mold and dry rot. If that isn't enough, and perhaps even worse, it can lead to termite infestation and destruction. Termites are insidious and love moist wood. They actively seek out any moisture concentration, and don't care whether the cause is leaking plumbing or a leaking roof, and no one wants to extend an invitation to hungry termite colonies.
The Sun. Without it life just wouldn't exist. Beneficial as it is, it also creates the roughest environmental conditions known to man. It is an inferno that can ultimately break down the most durable and state-of-the-art materials. We can provide the best materials presently known to modern science to provide the maximum possible resistance.
Wind. A roof that cannot withstand high winds is of utterly no use. We experience tornados force and can get winds in excess of 60mph. We install roofs with strength sufficient to withstand these conditions.
